Terms and Conditions

House Rules & Acknowledgments

No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited, including the use of e-cigarettes, in the residence, on the lanai and in all common areas of including the pool, lawn, and beaches. Violators are subject to a fine up to $450.
Keys: For your safety lost keys will result in a $100 re-key charge. Please return all keys issued at check-in prior to your departure.
Sunscreen: Spray sunscreen is prohibited inside the residence, on the lanai and inside the common area buildings. Violators are subject to a fine up to $450.
Parking: Vehicle owner or driver hereby acknowledges that the Association and Management assume no liability for theft or damages to vehicles parked on the premises or in adjacent permitted parking lots.
Check-in time is 4:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am
Maximum Occupancy: Exceeding the maximum occupancy for the residence (including children and infants) will result in penalties, eviction and/or forfeiture of all monies collected.
Damages: The Guest will be responsible for any and all damages to the residence, property amenities, or other resort facilities or equipment caused by Guest during their stay.
