Reservations Policies and Fees

Deposit

  • One night non-refundable deposit, inclusive of tax will be charged at time of booking.
  • Stays of 21 nights or longer will be charged a 50% non-refundable deposit inclusive of tax at time of booking.
  • For the Christmas/New Year’s period (12/19-1/4), 50% non-refundable deposit will be taken at time of booking, inclusive of tax.

Fees

  • All Reservations will be assessed a $150 reservation fee and $650 cleaning fee plus taxes.
  • A non-refundable Damage Waiver fee of $149, plus tax if applicable, will be applied to the total cost of your reservation. Remaining Balance

  • For travel dates 1/5 - 12/18: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided 7 days prior to arrival.
  • Stays of 21 nights or longer: Balance will be charged automatically on card on file 60 days prior to arrival
  • For the Christmas/New Year's period (12/19 - 1/4): Balance will be automatically charged on credit card provided 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Terms

  • For travel dates 1/5-12/18: 7 days or more notification prior to arrival, one night deposit will be refunded.
  • For travel dates 1/5-12/18: Less than 7 days notification prior to arrival, full reservation value will be forfeited/no refunds.
  • For the Christmas/New Year’s period 12/19-1/4: Cancellations 90 days or more prior to arrival: 50% deposit will be forfeited
  • For the Christmas/New Year’s period 12/19-1/4: Cancellations with 90 days of arrival: full reservation value will be forfeited/no refunds.
  • For stays of 21 nights or more: Cancellation more than 60 days prior to arrival: 50% deposit will be forfeited
  • For stays of 21 nights or more: Cancellation within 60 days of arrival: Full forfeiture of reservation value, no refunds.
