Beach chairs are included in your rental and can be found in the condo. Beach umbrellas are not always provided with your rental, but you can rent them from local vendors or through our concierge services. We’ll be happy to assist you with arrangements.

Check-in is available after 4:00 PM, and check-out is required by 11:00 AM. If you need early check-in or late check-out, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Upon arrival, check in at our CoralTree Residence Collection Guest Services office located in Wailea Gateway to receive your keys and property information. Our team will provide a warm welcome and assist you with any questions about your stay.

• 30 days or more prior to arrival: One-night deposit will be refunded.
• Less than 30 days prior to arrival: Full forfeiture of the reservation value, no refund.
• For Christmas/New Year’s period (12/19/24-1/4/25):
  • Cancellations 90 days or more prior to arrival: Full deposit forfeited.
  • Cancellations within 90 days of arrival: Full forfeiture of reservation value, no refunds.

Parking is convenient and easy. Each unit includes one designated parking space, with additional parking available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Yes, Wailea Ekahi Village has four pools spread out across the 34 acre grounds available for guests. The oceanfront pool pavilion is the most popular pool which enjoys ample lounge chairs, a covered lounge for socializing in the shade, and a full kitchen to prepare meals. Guests can also easily access Keawakapu Beach through private gates that lead down to the sand from the pool pavilion. Enjoy a refreshing swim and relax by the pool during your stay.

Before your arrival, our team will clean your residence using industry-leading techniques and products. For stays of five to nine nights, we offer a complimentary mid-stay cleaning on your third or fourth day. For stays exceeding ten nights, we provide two complimentary mid-stay cleanings every three to four days, which includes:

• Change of bed linens
• Replacement of soiled bathroom towels
• Restocking and cleaning of bathrooms
• Kitchen cleaning and loading the dishwasher
• Trash removal
• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Dusting furniture and cleaning tabletops
• Vacuuming the residence
• Cleaning lanai tabletops and floors
