  • Our Island Hosts are available daily from 8:00am - 9:00pm.   
  • After hours services are available 9:00pm - 8:00am, please call 808.891.6200  for assistance with arrival instructions.

After hours check-in for guests holding reservations at Wailea Elua Village should report directly to the Wailea Elua Village Security Gate located at 3600 Wailea Alanui Drive. You can also call their security team at: 808-879-6648.

Guests arriving after hours and holding reservations for Polo Beach Club, Makena Surf, Ho'olei Residences, Wailea Ekahi Village, Wailea Ekolu Village or Grand Champions, please Call at  808.891-6200 upon arrival for check-in instructions for your resort.
