Housekeeping Services

CoralTree Residence Collection is pleased to include housekeeping service at no additional charge for guests staying at all of our Wailea and Makena resort condos.  This service includes the below services prior to your arrival. For guest stays five to nine nights, we provide a complimentary mid-stay cleaning on your third or fourth day. For stays over ten nights, we provide two complimentary mid-stay cleanings every three to four days. Our mid-stay housekeeping service ensures that your residence is returned to its original pristine and flawlessly arranged state for extended comfort while on vacation.

  • Change of bed linens at our condos in Wailea and Makena
  • Replace soiled bathroom towels
  • Restock and clean bathrooms
  • Clean kitchen
  • Load dishwasher
  • Remove trash
  • Sweep and mop floors
  • Dust furniture
  • Clean tabletops
  • Completely vacuum vacation residence
  • Clean lanai tabletops and floors
