Wailea Elua Village offers direct access to the beautiful Ulua Beach, ideal for sunbathing, swimming, and snorkeling.

Wailea Elua Village itself is situated on Ulua Beach, so you have immediate access to this stunning spot without needing to travel. Ulua Beach has been a popular snorkeling and scuba diving beach on Maui for decades. Additionally, there are few notable nearby beaches:

• Wailea Beach - About 0.3 miles away. This beach is directly adjacent to Wailea Elua Village and offers beautiful views, soft sand, and excellent swimming conditions.
• Wailea Beach Walk Trail - This scenic trail connects Wailea Beach to several other beaches and resorts in the area. It starts at Wailea Beach, which is right next to Wailea Elua Village, and offers a picturesque walk along the coastline, linking you to other nearby beaches and attractions. The trail is approximately 1.5 miles long.
• Makena Beach (Big Beach) - Roughly 4.5 miles away. A bit further, but worth the trip for its expansive golden sand coastline.

Beach chairs are included in your rental and can be found in the condo. Beach umbrellas are not always provided with your rental, but you can rent them from local vendors or through our concierge services. We’ll be happy to assist you with arrangements.

Check-in is available after 4:00 PM, and check-out is required by 11:00 AM. If you need early check-in or late check-out, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Upon arrival, guests can check-in at the Island Host Center located at 34 Wailea Gateway, Suite A102, Wailea, HI 96753. The Island Hosts are available from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily. For after-hours arrivals (between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM), guests should call 808-891-6200 for assistance with check-in instructions. After-hours check-ins for Wailea Elua Village are handled at the Wailea Elua Village Security Gate, located at 3600 Wailea Alanui Drive.

• Car Rental: Renting a car is the best way to explore Maui. CoralTree Residence Collection partners with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and rentals can be arranged to be ready at Kahului Airport for your arrival.
• Taxi: Taxis are available at the airport but may need to be scheduled in advance.
• Uber: Uber services, including UberX and UberSelect, are available on Maui.
• Private Cars and Tours: Chauffeured limousines and private tour guides can be arranged.

• Travel dates 1/1/24-12/18/24: 14 days or more notification prior to arrival, one night deposit will be refunded.
• Travel dates 1/1/24-12/18/24: Less than 14 days notification prior to arrival, full reservation value will be forfeited/no refunds.
• Travel dates 1/5/25-12/18/25: 30 days or more notification prior to arrival, one night deposit will be refunded.
• Travel dates 1/5/25-12/18/25: Less than 30 days notification prior to arrival, full reservation value will be forfeited/no refunds.
• For Christmas/New Year’s period (12/19/24-1/4/25):
  • Cancellations 90 days or more prior to arrival: Full forfeiture of reservation value, no refunds
  • Cancellations within 90 days of arrival: 50% deposit will be refunded

Parking is convenient and easy. Each unit includes free parking for one vehicle, with additional parking available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Yes, Wailea Elua Village has two pools on property that are heated, ensuring a comfortable swim year-round. A scenic oceanfront pool enjoys incredible views of the South Maui coastline and immediate access down to Ulua Beach seconds away.

Wailea Elua Village does not have an on-site restaurant, but guests can easily walk to The Shops at Wailea, just 7 minutes away, offering a variety of dining options. Several nearby Wailea resorts with restaurants are within walking distance, providing even more convenient choices for dining.

Wailea Elua Village does not have an on-site spa. However, several nearby resorts and spas in Wailea offer luxurious spa services.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Wailea Elua Village. Service animals may be permitted, but please confirm with the property before booking.

Yes, there is a poolside fitness center available for guest use.

Before your arrival, our team will clean your residence using industry-leading techniques and products. For stays of five to nine nights, we offer a complimentary mid-stay cleaning on your third or fourth day. For stays exceeding ten nights, we provide two complimentary mid-stay cleanings every three to four days, which includes:

• Change of bed linens
• Replacement of soiled bathroom towels
• Restocking and cleaning of bathrooms
• Kitchen cleaning and loading the dishwasher
• Trash removal
• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Dusting furniture and cleaning tabletops
• Vacuuming the residence
• Cleaning lanai tabletops and floors

Wailea Elua Village has an on-island maintenance team available for any issues. Guests can contact the Island Host Center or security team for assistance.
