General Information

  • Is there beachfront access?

    While not directly on the beach, Wailea Grand Champions Villas is just a short drive or walk from several of Maui’s finest beaches, including Wailea Beach, only 1.1 miles away.

  • What are some popular nearby beaches?

    You’ll be close to some of Maui’s best beaches:

    • Ulua Beach – 1 mile away, great for snorkeling and sunbathing.
    • Mokapu Beach – 1.1 miles away, ideal for a quiet day at the beach.
    • Keawakapu Beach – 1.3 miles away, perfect for a relaxing stroll along the shore.
  • Are beach chairs and umbrellas included?

    While not guaranteed, our concierge team can assist in arranging rentals from nearby vendors.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in is available after 4:00 PM, and check-out is required by 11:00 AM. If you need early check-in or late check-out, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

  • What is the check-in process for Wailea Grand Champions Villas?

    All guests can check in at our Island Host Center located at.34 Wailea Gateway, Suite A102, Wailea, HI 96753. The Island Hosts are available from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily. For after-hours arrivals (between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM), guests should call 808-891-6200 for assistance or visit the Island Host Center and follow the posted after-hours instructions.

  • How can I get it to Wailea Grand Champions Villas from the airport?

    Wailea Grand Champions Villas is about 15 miles from the Kahului Aiport (OGG). You can arrive by:

    • Car Rental: Renting a car is the best way to explore Maui. CoralTree Residence Collection partners with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and rentals can be arranged to be ready at Kahului Airport for your arrival.
    • Taxi: Taxis are available at the airport but may need to be scheduled in advance.
    • Uber: Uber services, including UberX and UberSelect, are available on Maui.
    • Private Cars and Tours: Chauffeured limousines and private tour guides can be arranged. You can call our concierge for assistance at 808-891-4506 or email us at wailea-concierge@coraltreeresidences.com

Cancellation Terms

  • What are the cancellation terms?
    • Travel dates 1/1/24-12/18/24: 14 days or more notification prior to arrival, one night deposit will be refunded.
    • Travel dates 1/1/24-12/18/24: Less than 14 days notification prior to arrival, full reservation value will be forfeited/no refunds.
    • Travel dates 1/5/25-12/18/25: 30 days or more notification prior to arrival, one night deposit will be refunded.
    • Travel dates 1/5/25-12/18/25: Less than 30 days notification prior to arrival, full reservation value will be forfeited/no refunds.
    • For Christmas/New Year’s period (12/19/24-1/4/25):
      • Cancellations 90 days or more prior to arrival: Full forfeiture of reservation value, no refunds
      • Cancellations within 90 days of arrival: 50% deposit will be refunded

Housekeeping & Maintenance

  • What is included in the housekeeping service?

    Before your arrival, our team will clean your residence using industry-leading techniques and products. For stays of five to nine nights, we offer a complimentary mid-stay cleaning on your third or fourth day. For stays exceeding ten nights, we provide two complimentary mid-stay cleanings every three to four days, which includes:

    • Change of bed linens
    • Replacement of soiled bathroom towels
    • Restocking and cleaning of bathrooms
    • Kitchen cleaning and loading the dishwasher
    • Trash removal
    • Sweeping and mopping floors
    • Dusting furniture and cleaning tabletops
    • Vacuuming the residence
    • Cleaning lanai tabletops and floors
  • How is maintenance handled during my stay?

    Wailea Grand Champions Villas has an on-island maintenance team available for any issues. Guests can contact the Island Host Center or security team for assistance.
