Where are we located?

From front desk and housekeeping to maintenance, our operations are based directly in Wailea at numerous offices located just minutes from your property. Our Guest Services office and guest welcome center is located in Wailea Gateway Center (where Monkeypod Kitchen is located). Our location allows us immediate response time, ensuring your multi-million dollar vacation residence is always well cared for and your guests' needs will be addressed immediately. We have additional Reservations, executive and management offices nearby in Kihei as well.

Renovation and Repair

Because we are the largest operator of vacation rentals in Wailea, we are able to negotiate discounted pricing on renovation and repair of your unit, including major appliances, flooring and carpeting, furniture and décor, countertops, painting and fixtures as well as complete kitchen and bath remodels.

Accounting

Full accounting service can be provided to our owners which include paying of utility bills, accounts payable, accounts receivable, monthly statements, annual summary of income and expenses, assumption of bad debts and annual auditing.

Home Care Services

Our housekeeping and maintenance teams check your property regularly, to ensure everything is in working order. You have confidence that your vacation home away from home is well cared for.

Real Estate

The CoralTree Residence Collection is a licensed Real Estate Broker. This means that you have knowledgeable sales agents managing your asset. Additionally, when you’re ready to sell or buy, you can work with the people who know your property best at our Maui beach villa rentals and residences.
